General Information

The cost of the treatment varies according to the type of treatment chosen, the area and objectives of the treatment and the individual characteristics of each patient.

Below are some general guidelines to use when trying to understand the costs involved. Your cost will be clearly explained to you before any treatment begins.

All costs associated with your treatment can be paid by Visa, Mastercard or cash and do not include any applicable taxes. We do not accept peresonal Cheques.

Some treatments may be a tax deductible medical expense if you suffer from headaches, neck, back and/or muscular pain, or excessive sweating so save your receipts! Very often Botox® treatments for these types of indications are covered by third party health insurance (ie Blue Cross, Employee Health Plans etc.) so you may wish to investigate this with your insurance company.

Be sure to let us know about any headache, neck, back and/or muscular pain, or excessive sweating problems you experience in your consultation medical history (see "ongoing medical problems" in the book a consultation part of the website).

During your consultation, Dr. Waldron will review in detail with you all aspects of the cost.

Touch-ups are not included in the price of the original treatment.

How much does Botox® Cost?

The cost of the treatment varies according to the type of treatment chosen, the area and objectives of the treatment and the individual characteristics of each patient.

The $60 cost of your consultation is credited toward the cost of your first Botox® treatment, provided it is done within 60 days of your consultation appointment.

Typical Botox® treatment costs:

(Note: that all Botox costs are for the minimum amount of Botox that is often required. Some individuals may require more that the minimum amount. This is particularly true for males who will often require twice as much Botox as the minimum amount that the costs below are based upon.)

The cost for treatment of the Glabellar (frown lines between the eyes), Forehead and "Crows Feet" (the small lines around the sides of the eyes) areas is all the same at $275 per area (This is based on 25 units of Botox). We use a sliding scale for Botox costs (see below) so that if you get more than one area done your cost is lower. Here is how it works:

Number of Areas Treated Typical number of Units of Botox Used Cost Per Unit Total Cost (+ Tax)
1 - (ie forehead)  25  $11  $275
2 - (ie forehead + between the eyes)  50  $10  $500
3 - ( above + "crows feet")  75   $9   $675

Treatment costs for Headaches, Neck, Back and/or Muscular pain vary considerably from one person to the next (and are often covered by insurance) but range between $750 and $3500.

For Axilliary Hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating of the armpits), the physician injection fee is $325. For other areas it is higher. The cost of the Botox is generally covered by most insurance plans. In fact if you have a third party insurance and a major credit card Allergans (the pharmaceutical company who manufactures Botox) will guarantee coverage of the cost of the Botox for your first treatment at the same rate as would your insurance company. This is called the Botox Access Program. For more information on this please contact us.

How Much Do "Dermal Fillers" Cost?

Costs for all dermal fillers are the same - this means that Restylane®, Restylane Fine Lines®, Perlane™ and Juvederm® products all cost the same per syringe.

The cost of the treatment varies according to the type of treatment chosen, the area and objectives of the treatment and the individual characteristics of each patient. The $60 cost of your consultation is credited toward the cost of your first treatment, provided it is done within 60 days of your consultation appointment.

Generally there are two "levels" of cost associated with Dermal fillers. To get a noticeable effect most people will require between 2-4 syringes of Dermal Fillers. To achieve a more significant effect or "mini lift" usually will require between 4 and 8 syringes. Here are some examples of what is usually needed to treat some areas.

Volume Replacement of the Cheeks will usually require 2-3 Syringes

Treatment of the Chin Area will usually require 1-2 syringes.

Treatment of the nasolabial folds (nose - mouth folds) would usually require 1-2 syringes.

Treatment of the area near the corners of the mouth will usually require 1-3 syringes.

Lip enhancement will usually require 1 -2 syringes.

Volume replacement along the jaw line will usually require 1-2 syringes.

Treatment costs can vary considerably from person to person depending upon what you are looking for and the extent of the correction required. The above are examples for illustrative purposes only.

We use a sliding scale for Dermal Filler costs (see below) so that if you get more than one area done your cost is lower. Here is how it works:

Number of Syringes Cost Per Syringe Total Cost (+ Tax)
 1   $475   $475
 2   $450   $900
 3   $425   $1275
 4   $400   $1600
More Than 4   $400   Number of Syringes multiplied by $400
